1 cup uncooked rice |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish. 2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice absorbs liquid, about 1 hour. |
