Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) soup can water
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice absorbs liquid, about 1 hour.
