Ingredients:
1 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortilla |
1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz.) shredded havarti cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans |
pear preserves |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle 1 side of tortilla with cheese and pecans. Fold in half over filling. Cook quesadilla in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts and tortilla is golden brown. Cut into wedges, and serve with pear preserves. |
