I love pecan pralines, and got this easy recipe from a Christmas cookie exchange. I ate all of these pretty much right when I got home. Ingredients:
24 graham crackers |
1 cup butter |
1 cup light brown sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Line a 15x10x1 baking pan with whole graham crackers. 3. Bring butter and sugar to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 4. When bubbling has stopped, add pecans. 5. Spoon over graham crackers. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 7. Cut into squares. 8. Note: Keep very well in tightly covered container. |
