1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Arrange graham crackers in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. 3. Place butter and sugar in sauce pan. Heat to boiling point; boil 2 minutes. 4. Stir in pecans and spread evenly over crackers. 5. Bake about 10 minutes. 6. Cut each graham cracker in half while warm.
