I love these even better than the pie! This is how I like to make them. Hope you try them! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup butter |
3 eggs |
1 cup corn syrup |
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, sift together flour and powdered sugar. 2. Cut in butter until crumbly. 3. Press onto bottom of greased 13x9 baking pan. 4. In another bowl, beat eggs. 5. Beat in rest of ingredients except pecans. 6. Stir in chopped pecans. 7. Pour over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven. 8. Let cool before cutting. |
