these are a small heavy muffin, they dont rise, so dont think you have done something wrong! these are so wonderful with coffee. given to me fron my southern friend, her old family recipe, i added vanills to the recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup pecan halves |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mix first 3 ingred in bowl. 2. make a well in center. 3. beat eggs till foamy, stir butter and vanilla in with eggs. 4. add to dry ingred. 5. stir just till moist place in greased muffin cups, 2/3 full. 6. bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
