Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
2/3 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and pecans; set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, combine butter and eggs; stir in flour mixture. 3. Fill greased and floured miniature muffin tins about 2/3 full. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins test done. 5. Remove muffins from tins immediately and cool on wire racks. 6. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
