Pecan Pie (Makes Two Pies)

The Queen of southern pies! You can use sugar free liquid flavoring if sugar is an issue for you. This recipe came to me from my girl pal, Becky.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup (light)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 cups pecans (chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix in order the above ingredients.
2. Pour into two 9” unbaked pies shells.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. Then bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
