Ingredients:
1 9 unbaked pie shell |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 cup(s) light karo syrup |
1 cup(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a sauce pan melt the butter but don't let it brown. Mix in sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Stir in eggs and mix well. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour or until firm when shaken. |
