Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) light karo syrup |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
3 eggs slightly beaten |
1 1/4 cup(s) pecans |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 regular pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, butter and Karo Syrup and bring to a boil (stirring constantly); remove from heat as soon it begins to boil. Cool 10 – 15minutes. Add the beaten eggs very slowly. Add pecans and vanilla. 2. Bake 350 degrees for about 40 - 45 minutes. |
