Unlike most pecan pies,does not require corn syrup. Yummy
Ingredients:
1c. lt. brown sugar
1/4c. white sugar
1/2c. butter
2 eggs
1t. all purpose flour
1t. milk
1t. vanilla extract
1c. chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl,beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter.
3. Stir in brown sugar,white sugar and flour,mix well.
4. Last,add milk,vanilla and nuts.
5. Pour into an unbaked 9 pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins. at 400 degrees,then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 30-40 mins. or until done.
