Using a store bought crust makes the recipe super easy. Perfect for anytime.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup light karo syrup
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, starch and salt.
2. Add beaten eggs.
3. Stir in syrup.
4. Stir in pecans.
5. Pour into unbaked pie shell
6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 - 40 minutes (will be soupy when hot, but will congeal as it cools).
7. If desired, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
