This is my special recipe that I fix for our family's Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup karo syrup (dark) |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 cup whole pecans |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 pie crust (store bought) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and place in pie crust. 2. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted is clean. |
