This is my mother-in-law's famous pecan pie recipe. It is easy to make and packed full of flavor. Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells |
3 large eggs |
1 cup white karo |
1/2 cup pecans |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thoroughly blended. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
