This is a little different from the first. Ingredients:
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell |
2 eggs, beaten |
3/4 c. white sugar |
2 tbsps water |
1/2 c. sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
4 tbsps. melted butter |
1/2 to 1 c. pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Beat together the eggs, syrup, butter, sugar, water, vanilla and unchopped pecans. 2. Stir thoroughly and add to pie shell. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. 4. Serves 6. |
