Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped pecans |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Dip chicken in milk, and dredge in pecan mixture. Place chicken in a 13- x 9- x 2- inch baking dish; pour butter over top. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. |
