Yummy muffin - enjoy Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in pecans. Make a well in center. 2. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. 3. Fill paper-lined muffin pans two-thirds full. 4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. 5. Makes 10 muffins |
