This recipe is from The Juicing Bible. Ingredients:
1 cup pecans, minced |
1 tablespoon raisins, minced |
1 tablespoon flax seed |
1 piece vanilla bean (1 inch) |
2 cups boiled water (allow to cool to lukewarm temp) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Store in clean jar in refrigerator for up to 3 days. |
