Easy fast little treat to keep the sweet tooth happy without too much damage to the low carb living. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1/3 splenda |
1 cup finely chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and tartar until stiff peak. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 3. Gently fold in Splenda then nuts. Do not overmix. 4. Drop by teaspoon onto parchment paper. 5. Bake 375 for 10 minutes |
