Ingredients:
15 ounce(s) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt |
1 cup(s) chopped celery |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
2 stalk(s) green onions |
3 tablespoon(s) honey |
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika |
2 head(s) red leaf lettuce |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
3/4 cup(s) sugared pecan halves |
2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. to make dressing, combine vinegar, honey, dry mustard, celery salt, paprika, and olive oil in a small screw top jar. Shake vigorously until blended. 2. Combine pecans and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Cook and stir until sugar is melted and pecans are coated. Remove from heat and place on parchment paper; separate nuts and cool completely. 3. When ready to serve, combine lettuce, oranges, green onions, sugared pecans, and celery. Drizzle with salad dressing, toss and serve. |
