Found this recipe on a bag of confectioners sugar. Sounds like it would be great to add to my list of Christmas candy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
4 cups confectioners' sugar |
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 lb pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar slowly. Stir in the sweetedned condensed milk one tablespoon at a time until mixture is teh consisency of a stiffy cookie dough. Form dough into eight small logs and roll in the chopped pecans. Press pecans into the surface of the dough.
