Pecan Havarti Quesadilla With Pear Preserves |

From Southern Living Magazine, November 2006. This is for 2 servings but can easily be changed to make more! Ingredients:
1 (8 inch) tortillas |
1/3 cup shredded havarti cheese |
2 tablespoons toasted pecans |
pear preserves |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle one side of tortilla with Havarti cheese. 2. Top with pecans. 3. Fold tortilla over filling. 4. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and cook quesadilla over medium high heat for 2 minutes each side or until cheese melts. 5. Slice into wedges and serve with pear preserves. |
