1/4 cup plus 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
4 cups milk |
2 cups sugar |
5 egg yolks |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir until well blended. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Cool. |
