Biggest Loser cookbook Ingredients:
1 large egg white |
2 t minced pecans |
1 tsp parsley leaves |
1/4 tsp salt |
3/10 lb boneless skinless chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Beat egg white with fork. 3. Combine pecans, parsley and salt. 4. Spread half of mixture on waxed paper. 5. Dip 1 chicken breast into egg white to coat. 6. Press smooth side into nut mixture. 7. Place crust side up on baking sheet. 8. Repeat with second breast, not touching first breast. 9. Bake 20 minutes until no longer pink. 10. Let rest 5 minutes. |
