A great pecan flavor cookies..Really easy. Ingredients:
60 grams butter |
1/2 cup powder sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
125 grams pecans, coarsely ground |
1/2 cup flour |
whole pecans to decorate |
powder sugar for dusting |
Directions:
1. Beat butter with sugar until light and creamy. Add vanilla, pecans and flour.Mix into a dough. Roll each cookie into a marble and place on a greased baking tray. Top with a pecan and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F. When cool, dust with powder sugar.
