Simple and Delicious!!! Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all- purpose flour |
2 pkgs. rapid rise yeast |
1 tbsp. sugar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
3/4 cup very warm water |
2 tbsp. melted butter |
cinnamon sugar topping |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
caramel pecan topping |
1/3 cup light or dark corn syrup |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
2 tbsp. melted butter |
1/2 cups pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix batter ingredients in a greased deep dish pie plate. 2. Stir together corn syrup,brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl, add pecans and mix well. 3. Combine sugar , cinnamon topping ingredients together in sm. bowl. 4. Top batter with cinn/sugar topping; then spoon caramel/pecan topping evenly over the batter. 5. Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temp. to 350. Bake 25 mins., until lightly browned and firm in center. Cool slightly and serve warm. |
