2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
Directions:
1. Place sweet potatoes in a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking.
