Pecan Chicken with Brandy Sauce |

Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs |
3/4 lb butter |
1/2 cup brandy |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup honey |
1 pinch garlic |
1 pinch parsley |
1/8 cup finely chopped onion |
dijon mustard (i use about half a small jar) |
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with crumbs and pecans. 2. Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 45 minutes). 3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. 4. Warm through, stirring often. 5. Pour over chicken and serve. |
