Sweet, buttery, and nutty, these taste delicious with a hot cup of Jasmine tea or a glass of cold milk. :) Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. 3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. 4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture. 5. Stir in pecans. 6. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Bake at 350 degrees F. 8. for 11-14 minutes or until light golden. 9. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool. |
