An easy mix to fix! One of those holiday classics. Good ole Brandy Balls. One good thing, if you put enough brandy in them they will keep until summer.... Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted |
2 tablespoons brandy |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, sugar, salt until fluffy. 2. Stir in brandy and vanilla, stir in nuts and flour. Mix well. 3. Shape mixture into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes until lightly browned. . 4. Roll in confectioners sugar and serve or store in airtight container. |
