These are so good. I make them at Christmas and my son-in-law won't let anyone else get close to them. He says I made them JUST for him. Ingredients:
1 cup pecans, ground |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup butter |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon almond extract |
4 tablespoons powdered sugar |
powdered sugar, for rolling cookies in |
Directions:
1. Cream butter. 2. Add flour, sugar, nuts and flavorings. 3. Shape into balls. 4. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. 6. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. |
