Delicious roasted pepper slices with bread crumb topping. From Country Woman Ingredients:
3 large green peppers,thin sliced |
3 large sweet red peppers,thin sliced |
2 tbs olive oil |
1-1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 c soft bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Place peppers in two 15x10 baking pans. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper;toss to coat 2. Bake at 400 for 30-35 mins until tender and skins slightly blackened 3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 15-20 mins longer or till lightly browned. |
