Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas, drain half and save half |
2 teaspoons margarine |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Open can of chickpeas, drain one-half. 2. Put in flat-bottomed bowl, crush to grainy consistency 3. Add margarine and garlic. 4. Heat three minutes in microwave, check and stir; heat more if desired, but not much more. |
