Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 tablespoons sliced green onions |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, cooked |
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute the mushrooms and onions in butter for 3-5 minutes. 2. Add marjoram, salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix well. 3. Add peas and heat through. |
