Peas With Lemon and Tarragon |

Yummy peas! Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen baby peas |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon (or 1/2 tsp dried) |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place peas, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan; add just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 6 minutes. Drain. 2. Return the drained peas to the saucepan and add all remaining ingredients. Toss well to coat. Serve. |
