Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can calorie reduced coconut milk
14 ounces long grain rice
7 ounces water
19 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into steamer or rice cooker.
2. Set timer for 1h 15 minute.
3. Stir before serving.
