                                                2 tbl butter  |  
                                                1/4 c chopped celery  |  
                                                2 tbl finely chopped onion  |  
                                                1 (2.5 oz) jar of sliced mushrooms  |  
                                                2 c frozen petite peas, thawed  |  
                                                1 (2 oz) jar pimientos, drained  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat 2. Stir in celery and onion; cook until crisp tender 3. Gently stirin remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated 4. Microwave directions: 5. Place butter in a 1 qt. microwave safe casserole 6. Microwave on high for about 40 seconds or until butter is melted 7. Stir in celery and onion 8. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp tender 9. Gently stir in remaining ingredients 10.
