2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas, thawed and drained |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. 2. Add onion and cook, stirring often for 3 min, or until soft. 3. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 5 min or until tender. 4. Stir in peas, lemon, salt and pepper. 5. Cook, stirring until heated through. |
