1 cup sliced onion (about 1/2 a medium onion) |
2 teaspoons oil |
2 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 (15 ounce) can peas |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Saute onions until soft. 3. Add mushrooms and stir a bit to cook briefly. 4. Add peas and spices. 5. Heat, and serve hot. |
