another great dish from my friend at texas monthly..chef hj..this side would be a wonderfull dish for the thanks giving table or any other Ingredients:
peas an corn with smoked chipotle powder |
1/2 cup frozen peas |
1/2 cup frozen corn |
olive oil to coat cast iron skillet |
black pepper to taste |
1/4 teas. garlic powder |
1/4 teas. basil light shake |
fennel powder a light dash |
1 teas. chipotle smoked powder |
Directions:
