Peas and Carrots with Chipotle |

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen peas and carrots |
1 tablespoon water |
2 teaspoons adobo sauce from can of chipotle chiles, or to taste |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Add water and adobo sauce to peas and carrots in a microwavable dish. Cover well and microwave 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave, until heated through. Add parsley and chives, stir to coat. |
