Pears Draped in Honey Vanilla Cream |

Dessert in two minutes?? Simply top canned pear halves with this deliciously easy and sophisticated Honey Vanilla Cream. It's also excellent drizzled over fresh berries, bread pudding, fruit pies and ange food cake. Ingredients:
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low fat) |
1/4 cup milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
2 (798 ml) cans unsweetened pear halves, drained, and patted dry |
Directions:
1. Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill. 2. TO ASSEMBLE SINGLE SERVING: arrange two pear halves on dessert plate. Ladle 2-3 tablespoons Honey Vanilla Cream over pears. 3. Store sauce , covered, in refrigerator. |
