This is an old classic recipe that I obtained from an estate sale that was loaded with vintage recipes, many pre 1900's. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
4 cups canned corn
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter together and mix well.
2. Put in square baking dish and dot with butter.
3. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
