This is an old classic recipe that I obtained from an estate sale that was loaded with vintage recipes, many pre 1900's. Enjoy. Ingredients:
4 cups canned corn |
3 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon flour |
2 cups milk |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter together and mix well. 2. Put in square baking dish and dot with butter. 3. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes. |
