Another interesting drink from the May 2007 Smoothies & Summere Drinks, but this one's not just for summertime. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pears with juice, almost frozen |
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt |
1 banana, frozen |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth. 2. Pour into chilled tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg & enjoy! |
