A tasty light fruit salad in the middle of winter when the tomatoes just don't have that zing!!!Trying to eat healthy!!! Ingredients:
dressing: 2 t. reduced fat sour cream |
1 t. light mayo |
1 t. fresh lemon juice |
1/8 t. salt |
salad: 2 c. coarsely chopped bartlett pears--about 2 pears |
1 c. small seeless red grapes |
2 t. chopped walnut |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl;stir until smooth. 2. Combine pear, grapes, walnuts and mayo mixture in a large bowl; toss gently |
