Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) fresh basil |
1 whole(s) garlic cloves |
1/2 cup(s) olive oil |
1 whole(s) peeled and cored pear |
1/2 cup(s) red onion |
1/2 cup(s) white balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Blanche the onions 1-2 minutes in 2 cups of H20 and 2 teaspoons of sugar. 2. Place all ingredient in blender. 3. Serve over spinach with sliced pears, walnuts, blue cheese and red onions. |
