If you love fruit in your salad, this is a great salad for winter when fruit is scarce. It is super simple, yet very elegant. One of my family favorites. I made this up when trying to impress some dinner guest with a great salad in the dead of winter.

2 tablespoons dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
3 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute or 3 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:

2. Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Top with chopped pears. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Spread toasted pecans on the top of the salad last.
3. Dressing:.
4. Mix mayo and lemon juice well. Add dill and Splenda mixing well. Lastly slowly incorporate the heavy cream. Refridgerate at least 4 hours. Serve dressing with salad.
