2 pears (cored and sliced) |
1 green onion (sliced) |
2 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) |
1/4 cup gorgonzola (crumbled) |
1/4 cup candied walnuts |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon walnut oil (or olive oil) |
1 teaspoon maple syrup |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Assemble salad. 2. Mix the lemon juice, oil, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. 3. Toss the salad with the dressing to coat. |
