Ingredients:
2 cups shredded peeled golden delicious apple (about 1 pound)
1 cup shredded peeled bartlett pear (about 3/4 pound)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Fold in chopped pecans. Refrigerate 2 hours in an airtight container.
