Try it and you will love it. I would like to have a cup of warm ginger tea in winter, and a cup of cold ginger tea in summer. Ingredients:
2 cups shred pears (asian pear or any kind of pear) |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
1 liter water |
1 cinnamon stick |
2 tablespoons shred fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a medium pot and cook about 30 minutes at medium heat. |
